Job Description -
We are hiring for Call Center
Should have strong Communication in English
Should have good typing skills
Day shift Only
Should have basic knowledge in Excel
shift Timing - 9 to 6 pm
Should be a flexible and dedicated person
Responsibilites :
- Problem Resolution: Addressing customer queries, complaints, and providing accurate product/service information.
- Documentation: Recording details of interactions, comments, and complaints in CRM systems.
- Compliance: Adhering to communication scripts, policies, and quality standards.
- Target Achievement: Meeting personal and team goals regarding call volume, handling time, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per day
