About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for working with young children and the ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities based on the preschool curriculum.
- Foster children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and document children’s progress and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s learning and well-being.
- Organize classroom materials and maintain an engaging learning space.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent meetings.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young children.
- Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and responsible.
- Previous preschool teaching experience is preferred.
