Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in women’s ethnic wear, strong styling sense, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store shopping
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting outfits that suit their preferences, body type, and occasion
Provide styling advice and productrecommendations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
Stay updated on current fashion trends, especially in ethnic wear
Handle billing, returns, and basic store operations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in retail / fashion industry
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion / Textile / Apparel (NIFT or similar institutes preferred)
Strong interest in fashion, especially women’s ethnic wear
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable personality
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills
Sense of styling and color coordination
Basic understanding of fabrics, fits, and trends
Experience in boutique or apparel retail (added advantage)
