Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead and manage our digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client communication, leading marketing strategies, managing SEO and social media activities, overseeing paid advertising campaigns, and administering websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and communicate with clients professionally to understand project requirements and deliver marketing solutions.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
- Lead SEO activities including on-page, off-page, keyword research, and performance tracking.
- Oversee social media management, content planning, and campaign execution across platforms.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Handle website administration, updates, and basic maintenance (WordPress or similar platforms).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including designers, content creators, and developers.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and industry practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Experience in handling international or global clients is preferred.
- Knowledge of website administration and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads & Meta Ads expertise
- SEO tools knowledge (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Content strategy understanding
- Team management and leadership skills
Experience
2+ years in Digital Marketing / Team Handling preferred.
