About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant Physiotherapist to lead clinical services while managing a team of physiotherapists in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with leadership skills to ensure exceptional patient care and smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat OPD and IPD patients using evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
- Manage a wide range of musculoskeletal, post-operative and rehabilitation cases.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of physiotherapists to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Plan daily duty allocation, monitor team performance, and ensure adequate service coverage.
- Conduct clinical case discussions, support staff development, and ensure adherence to organizational protocols.
- Drive departmental efficiency, patient satisfaction, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- BPT/MPT with a valid State Physiotherapy Council Registration.
- 5–7 years of experience in a hospital-based OPD & IPD setup.
- Prior experience in team handling or leadership will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
