1. All documents in regards to all manufacturers to be regularised.
2. All certifications to be checked. This includes WHO/all other country inspected certificates
3. Visit/audit reports to be maintained and reviewed based on last visits and corrections taken by the manufacturer - CAPAS
4. Sites of priority : Associated /Medicef/Alpa/Reyoung/Curetech/Madras/Medo - for international.
5. Sites of priority: Associated/Swiss garnier/Zeon - for Domestic
6. New manufacturers identified. Parameters for selection besides price. QA to give detailed parameters which will include a check list.
7. Aim is to cover a plant for several products.
8. Loan license process currently with one company - ALPA and in process with GVS. Eventually it will only be with GVS. All documentations in regards to that to be in order.
9. Sourcing of products requisition will be given by marketing with target sourcing price and factory inspection required , including MOQs and payment terms. QA will identify manufacturers based on the same. Give detailed report based on the parameters and check list as mentioned above.
10. ISO certification & Audits.
11. During the current pandemic times - Zoom call / desk audits/visits - required and to be done on priority for Associated/Alpa/Swiss garnier
12. Product Artworks to be checked for Domestic products. (only Text)
13. In regards to International products the same to be done in coordination with RA.
14. In regards to sourcing of new products once vendor is finalised. Provide all details of the vendor to marketing & RA.
15. Release of finished products manufactured for International & Domestic.
16. Surprise inspections at the warehouse and ensuring the GDP compliance at the warehouse
17. Vendor qualification SOPs
18. Updates of various SMFs.
Working days : Monday to Friday
Timing : 9am to 6pm
19. Keep a note of expired products and do the needful as and when required.
20. Market complaints SOP to be followed.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
