Learning AI Architect Consultant -
Role and Responsibilities
Design AI-powered digital learning solutions for enterprise customers including personalized learning systems, AI learning assistants, adaptive learning platforms, skills intelligence systems, and learning recommendation engines
Architect AI-enabled learning ecosystems integrating LMS/LXP, knowledge systems, workflow systems, and enterprise platforms
Enable customers to improve workforce capability development, learning effectiveness, workforce readiness, and continuous learning outcomes using AI-native approaches
Guide delivery teams in implementing scalable AI learning architectures, learning analytics, and AI-enabled learner experiences
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define AI-driven learning transformation roadmaps aligned with business capability goals
Contribute reusable AI learning frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures for Harbinger’s Digital Learning domain
Skills and Competencies
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in designing and solutioning HR Tech applications in Workforce Enablement domain
Good knowledge and experience of Digital Learning Foundations (Enterprise learning ecosystems, capability development models, skills-based organizations, learning transformation concepts), Learning Platforms & Ecosystems (LMS/LXP systems, learning workflows, learning analytics, learning experience design, skills intelligence systems)
Experience in building AI Learning Systems – Personalized learning engines, GenAI for learning, adaptive learning systems, AI tutors, conversational learning assistants, recommendation systems
Experience in using AI for designing Enterprise Architecture (AI architecture patterns, enterprise integrations, data pipelines, AI governance basics, scalable AI systems)
Consulting & Transformation experience – Learning transformation consulting, capability roadmap design, workforce readiness strategy, executive communication
Good to have: Contribution in Domain IP Development – AI learning accelerators, learning intelligence frameworks, adaptive learning reference architectures
