Sun Chem India is looking for an HR Recruiter to join our Plant & Manufacturing Unit at Palghar, Kolgaon. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated recruiter who can independently manage hiring for manufacturing and plant operations roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing positions
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and agencies
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate database
- Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Visit nearby institutes, agencies, and companies for recruitment networking and lead generation.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in manufacturing or plant hiring is preferred
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and close positions within timelines
Location: Palghar, Kolgaon
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
