Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our electronics retail store. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right products. The candidate should be confident, efficient, and committed to achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory team when required.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand electronics products.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
- Candidates with basic electronics knowledge and troubleshooting skills will be given preference.
