Growth Marketing Executive (HelloAria)
Realityrift Innovations is hiring a Growth Marketing Executive to drive the growth of HelloAria, our AI assistant that has already reached a fast-growing user base, largely through word of mouth. This is a growth and product marketing role, distinct from sales marketing. You will own how the right people discover HelloAria and stay with it, across influencer marketing, social media, and paid advertising. This is a hands-on digital and performance marketing role.
This is a full time, in-office role based in Hyderabad.
What you will do
- Identify, reach out to, and build lasting relationships with relevant influencers and creators
- Own the day to day of our social media and marketing platforms, including content, scheduling, and community engagement
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads), including budgets, targeting, creatives, and performance
- Track the metrics that grow users, run experiments, and double down on what works
- Report on growth performance and share clear insights with the team
What we are looking for
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, not primarily sales marketing
- Practical experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with influencer outreach and managing social media platforms
- Comfortable with marketing analytics and making decisions from data
- Organised, self-driven, and able to own targets and numbers
- Strong written communication in English
Good to have
- Experience marketing a product, app, or SaaS rather than a service
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling tools
- An eye for creative and messaging that converts
