Job Summary
The Agency Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Insurance Advisors/Financial Planning Advisors (FPAs) to achieve business targets. The role focuses on advisor recruitment, training, activation, productivity management, and driving life insurance sales through the agency channel.
· Recruit quality Insurance Advisors/Financial Planning Advisors.
· Conduct advisor onboarding, licensing, and training programs.
· Motivate and support advisors to generate life insurance business.
· Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Monitor advisor productivity, activation, and persistency levels.
· Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls with advisors.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
