1. Operations & Service
- Open/close the cafe, manage daily shifts and workflow
- Ensure service quality, speed, and customer experience are on point
- Handle complaints, keep the vibe positive
2. Team Management
- Hire, train, schedule baristas + staff
- Coach on coffee making, hygiene, upselling
- Do performance reviews and keep morale up
3. Inventory & Supplies
- Track stock: coffee beans, milk, pastries, cups, etc
- Place orders with suppliers, negotiate prices
- Control waste + do cost checks so margins stay healthy
4. Money & Admin
- Handle cash, POS, daily sales reports
- Manage budget, labor costs, petty cash
- Make sure health/safety + food safety rules are followed
5. Sales & Marketing
- Push daily specials, upsell, manage promos
- Handle social media, reviews, local partnerships
- Track what sells best and adjust menu/pricing
Basically: The person who make sure customers get great coffee, staff are happy, and the cafe makes money.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
