Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging chess classes for children of different age groups.
- Teach chess fundamentals, tactics, strategy, and game analysis.
- Encourage students to participate in tournaments and improve their competitive performance.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and disciplined learning environment.
- Represent the academy with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of chess (playing and teaching).
- Passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, soft-spoken, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience playing or coaching chess.
- Participation in district, state, national, or FIDE-rated tournaments is an added advantage.
- College students are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with strong chess knowledge and teaching potential are also welcome.
