Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, polite, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent patient support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors and should maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain OPD/IPD records and patient data accurately
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Handle billing support and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
- Guide patients regarding hospital services and procedures
- Manage patient flow efficiently during busy hours
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: +2 / Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, hospital software)
- Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally
- Good typing and documentation skills
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Prior hospital/clinic experience preferred

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
