Job Title:
Business Development Manager - Women's Healthcare
Key Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in Medical Sales, Healthcare Business Development, or Doctor Relationship Management.
- Proven experience meeting and engaging with Gynecologists across Bangalore.
- Existing network/portfolio of Gynecologists and healthcare professionals in Bangalore preferred.
- Track record of generating referrals and driving business growth through doctor engagement.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in Women's Healthcare, Fertility, Diagnostics, Hospitals, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with Gynecologists, hospitals, and healthcare partners.
- Conduct regular doctor meetings and presentations to drive referrals and business growth.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support patient acquisition and revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at healthcare events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
