Position: Planning & Billing Engineer
Location: Bathinda
Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery / Industrial Projects
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare project planning schedules, progress tracking, and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
* Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and quantity verification.
* Monitor project progress against planned schedules and targets.
* Coordinate with site execution, QA/QC, and client teams for billing documentation.
* Preparation of DPR, progress reports, invoices, work measurement sheets, and MIS reports.
* Maintain project records, billing documents, and planning data accurately.
* Support project management team in monitoring project performance and timelines.
* Ensure timely submission of bills and project documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Planning & Billing activities.
* Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, EPC, or Industrial Projects preferred.
* Good knowledge of project planning, billing procedures, and documentation.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
* Candidates with refinery project experience will be preferred.
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
