Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Data / Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale data transformation and modernization initiatives within the Healthcare Manufacturing / Life Sciences domain.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, Solution Design, SAP/ERP, Salesforce CRM, AWS Cloud Data Platforms, data integration, data modeling, and architecture governance. This role requires someone who can design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise data solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineering teams, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise data architecture and solution design for healthcare data transformation initiatives.
Design integration architecture across SAP, Salesforce CRM, and cloud data platforms.
Develop data harmonization strategies across global commercial and enterprise data domains.
Define enterprise data models, architecture standards, and governance frameworks.
Drive data standardization and consolidation across multiple business domains.
Align enterprise data architecture with business objectives and digital transformation strategies.
Establish architecture principles focused on scalability, security, performance, governance, reliability, and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership to Data Engineering and Data Modeling teams.
Review solution designs, ETL/ELT frameworks, integration patterns, and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise data solutions.
Support data governance, master data management, and data quality initiatives.
Ensure all architecture and solution designs follow enterprise best practices.
Mandatory Skills
8 to 10 years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture and Solution Design.
Strong experience with SAP/ERP and Salesforce CRM Data Architecture.
Experience designing enterprise data platforms and scalable data solutions.
Strong knowledge of enterprise data models, data harmonization, and data standardization.
Experience designing integration architecture across SAP, Salesforce CRM, and cloud data platforms.
Strong understanding of scalability, security, performance, governance, and maintainability.
Experience defining enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
Experience reviewing solution designs, ETL/ELT frameworks, and implementation strategies.
Experience leading or guiding Data Engineering and Data Modeling teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Healthcare Manufacturing / Life Sciences domain experience is preferred.
Experience with AWS Cloud Data Platforms is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,149.33 - ₹100,000.00 per month
