We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a real estate development and construction company engaged in commercial and residential redevelopment projects. The candidate will be responsible for office administration, document management, CRM coordination, liaison support, and assisting management in project-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office administration and coordination activities.
* Maintain and organize physical and digital project records and files.
* Scan, upload, and archive important project and legal documents.
* Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, correspondence, and other office documents.
* Handle CRM software and maintain customer, broker, and lead databases.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and government authorities.
* Track project documentation, approvals, and statutory compliances.
* Assist in liaison work related to MCGM and other government departments.
* Follow up on applications, approvals, permissions, and NOCs.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier records.
* Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.
* Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and project updates.
* Maintain vendor, customer, and employee records.
* Ensure confidentiality and proper record keeping of company documents.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 2–5 years of experience in construction, redevelopment, real estate, or infrastructure companies preferred.
* Knowledge of MCGM liaisoning procedures and approval processes will be an added advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Experience with CRM software and document management systems.
* Good drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of redevelopment projects and real estate documentation.
* Familiarity with agreements, society correspondence, and approval processes.
* Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
* Attention to detail and document management expertise.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
