Job Description:
VKN Global Private Limited is looking for an experienced Pest Control Manager to manage daily operations, supervise technicians, and ensure quality pest control services for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise pest control technicians
- Plan daily schedules and manpower deployment
- Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality
- Handle client complaints and provide solutions
- Prepare quotations, service reports, and invoices
- Monitor chemical usage and safety compliance
- Train technicians on pest control methods
- Coordinate with clients for service planning
- Support business development and site visits
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience in pest control field
- Team handling experience required
- Knowledge of chemicals and treatment methods
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, quotation)
- Good communication skills
Salary: From 30000- 60000 Rupees (Based on the experience)
