About the Role
Jani Farsan House Pvt. Ltd., a renowned Surat-based snacks and farsan manufacturer, is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Field Marketing & Business Development Executive to expand our brand presence and business network across Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting the Jani Farsan brand, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and increasing product visibility throughout Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients across Mumbai.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales growth targets.
- Expand the company's market presence in key commercial and residential areas.
Brand Marketing
- Increase brand awareness through on-ground marketing activities and local promotions.
- Market Expansion
- Visit potential customers and business partners regularly.
Market Intelligence
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
- Identify emerging consumer trends and business opportunities.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with the Surat head office regarding market updates, sales performance, and customer requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers, distributors, supermarkets, and food businesses.
- Explore new sales channels and market opportunities.
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Mobility
- Willingness to travel daily throughout Mumbai and nearby regions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
