About the Role
Mahalaxmi Diesels Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Representative to join our growth-focused team. As an authorized Kirloskar Care partner, we pride ourselves on providing world-class service, genuine spare parts, and reliable power solutions.
In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field. Your primary mission will be to connect with industrial, commercial, and residential clients, promote our Kirloskar service contracts (AMCs), drive genuine parts sales, and identify new business opportunities to expand our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Outreach & Lead Generation: Actively scout and identify potential customers (industries, manufacturing plants, commercial complexes, infrastructure projects) requiring generator maintenance, spare parts, or engine servicing.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while onboarding new ones through regular site visits and follow-ups.
- Promote Kirloskar Care Services: Pitch and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), routine service packages, and genuine Kirloskar spare parts.
- Brand Awareness: Represent Mahalaxmi Diesels and the Kirloskar Care brand professionally at local trade shows, industrial hubs, and client meetings.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to help refine our marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with our service and technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and fulfilled.
- Reporting: Maintain precise records of daily field visits, client feedback, and sales pipelines, reporting regular progress to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. (A diploma or background in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a huge plus but not mandatory).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in industrial goods, automotive, machinery, or service-oriented sectors.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (local language fluency is vital for field relations); working knowledge of English.
- Negotiation & Pitching: Proven ability to approach business owners, purchase managers, or facility heads and successfully close deals.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily field visits and client commuting.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills (MS Office/Excel) for updating sales reports and client databases.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
