Job Summary
1. To get daily production on day to day basis.
2. Allocate man and machine as per deployment /loading sheet before production and ensure each worker is allotted the work and if the manpower surplus to be reported to incharge
3. Incorporate any change in production requirement conveyed by the competent authority.
4. Ensure that operation sheets, check sheets and instructions related to running product are available/ displayed on the machines and followed strictly.
5. Ensure that quality check points wherever applicable are functional.
6. Ensure that calibrated gauges and checking instruments are available on the machines
7. To enhance skill level, provide training to his subordinates.
8. Take initiate and assist to retain manpower talent and absenteeism under control
9. Ensure good condition of machine, company property and good housekeeping.
10. Ensure safe working conditions and safety of employees in his area
11. Ensure maximum uptime and zero down time in his area by ensuring availability of raw material, tools and equipment, working of machines or any other factor.
12. To ensure optimum utilization of consumption of raw-material/consumable
13. Prepare daily production report and other documents are updated at end of the shift as per defined procedure & highlight the nonperformance.
14. Review daily production & rejection report and discuss with Incharge
15. To get increased output (not less than target) by effectively utilizing man, machine and materials or available resources.
16. Ensure that suitable person is deployed on the machine and he adopts correct work practices for production and inspection.
17. To brief his shift progress/concerns/observations to his Incharge or colleagues to avoid any negative effect.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
