The Medical Device Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets by developing strong relationships with healthcare providers, identifying customer needs, demonstrating medical devices, and providing ongoing product support. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare staff.
- Explain product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and customer support teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in medical device or healthcare sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
