Job Description
Shivalik College is looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, explaining courses, and scheduling counseling sessions.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Handle inbound admission-related inquiries
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & calling systems
- Experience in education telecalling preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Target-oriented and confident personality
Salary & Benefits
12500 - 25000 INR, Based on experience.
