Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate Soft Skills Trainer to help students develop the communication, interpersonal, and workplace skills needed to succeed in their careers. The trainer will conduct engaging classroom sessions, build students' confidence, and prepare them for interviews and professional work environments.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Training
- Conduct interactive sessions on soft skills and employability.
- Deliver training on communication skills, spoken English, personality development, and workplace etiquette.
- Teach topics such as teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and customer service.
- Encourage active participation through group discussions, role plays, presentations, and activities.
Training Preparation
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and practical activities.
- Customize training content based on students' learning levels and industry requirements.
- Keep training materials updated with current workplace expectations.
Student Development
- Assess students' communication and soft skills through activities and assignments.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to help students improve.
- Motivate students to build confidence and develop a positive attitude toward learning and employment.
Placement Support
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-writing sessions.
- Prepare students for campus interviews and employer interactions.
- Coordinate with the placement team to improve students' interview readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in soft skills, communication, spoken English, or employability training.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in vocational training, skill development, or CSR-funded training projects.
- Experience conducting interview preparation and employability workshops.
- Knowledge of industry expectations and workplace communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
