We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to support and manage core HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle. The role involves managing onboarding, employee records, HRIS administration, attendance and leave management, background verification, compensation and benefits administration, statutory compliance, documentation, and exit processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent attention to detail, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Responsible for onboarding processes and maintaining employee personal records.
- Responsible for managing eRAMS for all new joiners and exiting employees.
- Verify and validate all new joiner documentation.
- Ensure completion and maintenance of employee personal e-files.
- Ensure timely updating of employee information and data in the HRMS system.
- Maintain reports, trackers, and spreadsheets for historical data and manage HR operational email queues.

- Stringently manage the ID deactivation and release process for all exiting employees.
- Oversee the recording, updating, and processing of employee lifecycle information and ensure integration with other business modules.
- Prepare HR letters, documents, certificates, and employment-related communications as required.
- Process employee lifecycle changes, including transfers, job movements, and terminations.
- Handle all exceptional employee letter and documentation requests.
- Manage employee data gathering, data migration, and data entry activities, including preparation and timely updates of the Employee Master database.
- Prepare various employee letters, including confirmation, relieving, and other employment-related letters.
- Manage employee confirmation and probation extension processes.
- Ensure all processes and documentation related to employee lifecycle data are maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with employees regarding exit formalities and the issuance of relieving letters.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services.
- Experience in handling US HR Operations activities is preferred.
- Excellent Excel skills, analytical capabilities, and report generation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and related software.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and employee database management.
