Job Title: Back Office Executive
Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
Role Summary:
The Backend Support Executive will be responsible for overall coordination, communication, and backend operations of the organization. The role involves handling client interactions, managing calls, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Coordination
- Act as a primary coordination point for clients for day-to-day communication
- Follow up with clients on requirements, updates, and pending tasks
- Ensure timely response and resolution of client queries
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships
2. Calling & Communication
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, updates, and coordination
- Handle inbound calls and direct them appropriately
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure clear and timely communication flow across all stakeholders
3. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with multiple departments (HR, Sales, Operations, Accounts)
- Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely completion
- Support management in execution of operational activities
- Act as a bridge between different teams
4. Backend Operations & MIS
- Maintain and update records, databases, and trackers
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and MIS
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation
- Manage CRM/Excel sheets and operational data
5. Administrative Support
- Handle emails and official correspondence
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital & physical)
- Support documentation, invoicing inputs, and basic office operations
- Assist in organizing meetings and schedules
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Confidence in handling calls (inbound & outbound)
- Good follow-up and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Organized and process-oriented mindset
Preferred Profile
- Experience in coordination / backend / operations roles
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
