Filmoraa Studios is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and brand campaigns.
We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, trends, and modern editing styles that keep audiences hooked.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Add transitions, sound effects, subtitles, music, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Create engaging reels and cinematic edits with strong storytelling
- Color correct and enhance video/audio quality
- Work closely with the creative team to understand project vision
- Stay updated with current social media trends and editing styles
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Understanding of viral short-form content and audience retention
- Good sense of music, pacing, transitions, and storytelling
- Ability to work independently and take creative initiative
- Experience in social media content editing is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and animation
- Thumbnail designing knowledge
- Knowledge of YouTube and Instagram content trends
- Basic understanding of cinematography and color grading
