Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Operations to supervise the operations team and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the operations team.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor completion.
- Track team performance and productivity.
- Ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Coordinate with different departments.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company procedures are followed.
- Motivate and guide team members.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
- Previous experience in operations/team handling is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage a team effectively.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach.
