Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Student Counsellor to support the emotional, social, and behavioral well-being of students.
Location : TCIS - Harlur
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.
- Support students with academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to address student needs.
- Conduct workshops on life skills, mental well-being, and personal development.
- Maintain confidential student records and counselling documentation.
- Assist in creating a safe and positive school environment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
- Relevant counselling experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
Pay: ₹25,012.51 - ₹40,421.17 per month
