## E-commerce Executive **Company:** Hilife Apparels Private Limited **Location:** Mumbai **Job Type:** Full-time **Experience:** 1–2 Years ### Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible **E-commerce Executive** to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, marketplace orders, inventory and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams. ### Key Responsibilities * Manage daily orders on **Shopify and other marketplaces** * Process orders, cancellations, returns and exchanges * Manage product listings, pricing, inventory and stock updates * Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for order fulfillment * Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups and deliveries * Monitor marketplace orders and resolve operational issues * Maintain inventory and order-related reports in Excel * Track returns, refunds and pending orders * Ensure products and inventory are properly updated across channels * Support overall e-commerce operations and day-to-day tasks ### Requirements * 1–2 years of experience in **E-commerce Operations** * Knowledge of **Shopify and marketplace platforms** * Basic knowledge of **Excel** * Good communication and coordination skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Experience with fashion/apparel e-commerce will be an advantage Preferred Skills **Shopify | Amazon | Myntra | Nykaa | AJIO | Tata CLiQ | Excel | Inventory Management | Order Management | Logistics Coordination** What We Offer * Full-time employment * Growth opportunities * Hands-on experience in fashion & e-commerce operations * Friendly and collaborative work environment
