The primary responsibility will be to manage all customer-related communications, including:
- Providing order updates from Sales Order (SO) to final delivery for both commercial orders and samples.
- Handling all customer-related communications, including customer complaints, ensuring corrective actions are implemented, sales returns, claims, schemes, pricing, price list updates, new product communications, and distributor stock updates.
The second key responsibilities will be sales performance reporting and analysis, including:
- Weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Budget and forecast tracking.
- Individual and regional sales performance analysis.
· Growth analysis and other MIS reports.
And other responsibilities may include:
· Prepare Goods Delivery Notes (GDN) following FIFO/FEFO.
· Generate invoices, e-way bills, and other dispatch-related documents.
· Coordination with operations for delivery/despatch plans also to be included
· Liaise with transporters for vehicle arrangement, shipment tracking, and timely delivery of materials.
· Verify transportation bills, trip details, and logistics-related settlements.
· Support continuous improvement of customer service and logistics operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
