We are looking for an experienced and responsible Survey Superintendent / Survey Manager to lead and coordinate surveying operations for our projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in land surveying, setting out works, site coordination, and survey equipment handling, along with leadership and team management skills.
Qualifications Required
- ITI Survey / Civil Diploma / Chain Survey qualification
- Minimum 1+ year experience in the surveying field
- Experience in handling site survey teams will be an added advantage
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Total Station and DGPS operations
- Strong knowledge of Chain Survey and Setting Out Survey
- Ability to prepare survey sketches and drawings
- AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory
- Site measurement, layout marking, and leveling knowledge
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage survey documentation and reports
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily surveying activities at project sites
- Conduct accurate land, setting out, and construction site surveys
- Perform site layout marking and coordinate setting out works
- Operate and monitor Total Station and DGPS equipment
- Prepare survey reports, drawings, and measurement records
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Ensure accuracy in measurements, levels, and site layouts
- Guide and support junior survey staff and field teams
- Maintain project survey data and documentation properly
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
