We are seeking a proactive and student-centric Academic Counsellor cum Coordinator to support our admissions process, coordinate academic activities, and ensure a seamless learning experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Counselling
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Academic Coordination
- Coordinate class schedules, faculty assignments, and academic calendars.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily academic operations.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact between students, faculty, and management.
- Address student concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records of admissions, student data, and academic documentation.
- Prepare reports on admissions, student attendance, and academic activities.
- Coordinate examinations, workshops, seminars, and orientation programs.
- Support the implementation of academic policies and quality standards.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and faculty.
- Ensure timely communication regarding classes, assessments, and institutional updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to support student recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1 years of experience in academic counselling, student support, admissions, or academic coordination (experience in the education sector is preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills may also apply.
