Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Update and manage applicant tracking systems
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Stipend for first three months
- Full time opportunity will be provided after three months
- Excellent communication skill
Qualification
Bachelors or Masters in Human Resource Management
