We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing digital marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and potential clients
- Explain digital marketing services such as:
- Social Media Marketing
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Website Development
- Graphic Designing
- Generate and maintain lead data
- Follow up with interested clients
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle client queries professionally
- Maintain daily call reports and updates
- Achieve weekly/monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Ability to work with targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Qualification
- Minimum Higher Secondary Pass
- Graduation preferred
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support preferred
Salary
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
- Salary based on experience and performance
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
