Job Summary
We are hiring Civil Engineers for Third Party Inspection roles under government-funded projects like Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM). The engineer will be responsible for quality assurance, site inspections, documentation, and reporting to ensure compliance with DPRs, technical standards, and government guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections for civil works like pipelines, OHTs, pump houses, etc.
- Verify construction quality, materials, and workmanship against approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare daily/weekly inspection reports with photographic evidence
- Check measurements, quantities, and ensure adherence to BoQ
- Certify progress and quality as per contract norms
- Coordinate with implementing agencies, contractors, and government officials
- Highlight deviations/non-conformities and recommend corrective measures
- Ensure safety protocols and statutory regulations are followed
- Submit detailed TPIA reports in prescribed formats to higher authorities

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in site supervision or quality inspection
- Prior experience with TPIA, PMC, or government infrastructure projects preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and travel to remote site locations
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
