We are looking for 1–2 confident, well-spoken and responsible student interns to support a new healthcare initiative called CareSaathi at a senior specialist doctor’s clinic in Delhi.
This is a paid, hands-on, field-based internship for students who want real exposure to healthcare business, patient counselling, sales, marketing, operations and entrepreneurship.

CareSaathi Patient Counsellor & Clinic Operations Intern

Exact location and timing will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
Compensation:
* Fixed stipend will be provided.
* Performance-based incentive may also be offered for successful patient sign-ups / enrolments.
* Exact stipend and incentive structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on availability, commitment and role fit.
Core Responsibility:
The intern will set up and manage a small CareSaathi information/sign-up kiosk at the doctor’s clinic and help eligible patients understand and enroll into the CareSaathi follow-up programme.
What is CareSaathi?
CareSaathi is a doctor-guided follow-up support system that helps patients follow prescribed care between visits through WhatsApp-based reminders, check-ins, report completion support, missed-step tracking and review-readiness summaries.
Key Tasks:
1. Set up and manage the CareSaathi help/sign-up desk at the clinic.
2. Explain CareSaathi clearly to patients and caregivers after the doctor consultation.
3. Help patients understand how the programme supports follow-up, reminders, report completion and care continuity.
4. Convert interested patients into enrolled CareSaathi users.
5. Collect basic patient details with consent.
6. Coordinate with the CareSaathi backend/operations team.
7. Maintain a daily sign-up, conversion and feedback tracker.
8. Capture patient objections, FAQs and feedback from the ground.
9. Support basic clinic-level marketing and patient education material distribution.
10. Escalate patient questions that require medical clarification to the doctor/care team.
11. Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality and discipline at all times.
Important:
The intern will not give medical advice, interpret reports, prescribe anything or answer clinical questions independently. The role is patient explanation, counselling support, sign-up assistance, clinic coordination and ground-level operations.
