Position: Hub Incharge
Position Summary
The Hub Incharge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, dispatch, and transportation of ingredients and related materials. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, quality standards, safety compliance, and timely fulfillment of customer and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Hub Operations Management
- Manage all inbound and outbound logistics activities at the hub.
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Monitor daily hub operations to achieve productivity and service-level targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, sales, and transport teams for smooth operations.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) where applicable.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and wastage.
Warehouse & Storage Management
- Ensure proper storage conditions for ingredients and raw materials.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and optimal space utilization.
- Monitor material handling processes to prevent product damage.
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Dispatch & Transportation Coordination
- Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and business locations.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
- Track shipments and address delivery-related issues.
Team Management
- Supervise warehouse staff, operators, and support personnel.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Train employees on SOPs, safety practices, and operational standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement workplace safety standards and conduct regular safety checks.
- Maintain necessary operational records and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain records related to inventory, dispatches, transportation, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Warehouse or Logistics Management is preferred. Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or hub operations.
- Experience in food ingredients, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
- Prior experience managing warehouse teams and inventory systems.
Working Conditions
- Full-time operational role.
- May require extended hours during peak dispatch periods or inventory audits.
- Regular interaction with transporters, vendors, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Guntur, Andhra Pradesh (Guntur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Warehouse: 3 years (Preferred)
