Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic SEO Executive (Fresher) to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in SEO and gain hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO, Authority Building, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile (GBP) Management.
The selected candidate will work closely with the SEO team to improve website authority, enhance local search visibility, and support overall organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical, White-Hat SEO techniques.
- Create and manage business listings and local citations.
- Research and identify new backlink and authority-building opportunities.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis and local SEO research.
- Support guest posting and outreach activities.
- Monitor backlink quality and maintain accurate backlink records.
- Create, optimize, and maintain Google Business Profiles for multiple locations.
- Update business information, services, business hours, descriptions, images, and other profile details.
- Publish Google Posts, offers, events, and business updates.
- Monitor customer reviews and assist in preparing appropriate responses.
- Track GBP performance, including profile views, website clicks, calls, and direction requests.
- Ensure consistent business information across online directories.
- Monitor local competitors and identify opportunities to improve local search rankings.
- Maintain daily SEO activity trackers and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- SEO or Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with a strong interest in SEO and Digital Marketing are encouraged to apply.
