We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to oversee and optimize production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Solar or EV industry, strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, quality control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth production flow.
- Analyze production data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Minimize downtime, material wastage, and production losses.
- Train and guide production operators and supervisors.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar Manufacturing or EV industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
