Provide technical application support for Laravel/CodeIgniter-based applications.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
Debug application, database, and server-related issues.
Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain application stability and client satisfaction.
3–4 years of hands-on experience in PHP development
Strong experience with Laravel and CodeIgniter
Good knowledge of MySQL
Experience with REST APIs
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Git
Good communication skills
Comfortable working independently during the night shift
