Role Purpose:
The AGM – HR, Administration & CSR will be responsible for leading the end to end HR, Administration & CSR function for the assigned plants, mines, group companies & JV operations. The role is expected to ensure strong people practices, smooth administrative control, statutory compliance, workforce discipline, employee welfare & effective execution of CSR initiatives across all covered locations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the complete HR, Administration & CSR agenda across all assigned units, mines, offices and group entities under the scope of this role.
- Drive end to end HR management including Talent Acquisition, onboarding, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Welfare, Performance management & employee grievance handling.
- Manage Industrial Relations across the covered plants & mines, ensuring discipline, harmonious employee relations and timely resolution of workforce issues.
- Ensure implementation & monitoring of all labour law compliances, plant-related statutory compliances, contractor compliance requirements and other HR & administration related legal obligations.
- Oversee contractor management practices including documentation, compliance monitoring, workforce governance & coordination at site level.
- Supervise payroll management for all covered group entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness & compliance.
- Manage daily HR operations and administration across locations, including attendance, employee records, support systems & overall HR process discipline.
- Oversee end to end site administration including security, guest house & employee accommodation, transport management, housekeeping and allied administrative services across all sites.
- Drive HR Strategy & HR Transformation initiatives in alignment with the Group CHRO’s vision, with focus on process strengthening, standardization, governance & operational excellence.
- Lead and coordinate CSR activities for all covered locations, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring and alignment with organizational priorities and statutory expectations.
- Partner closely with business, plant and site leadership teams to ensure people & administration systems effectively support business continuity and growth.
- Undertake regular visits to all units, mines, group company offices and operating locations to review people practices, administrative effectiveness, compliance status & on-ground workforce issues.
