We are looking for a Field Sales Consultant to drive Ather electric scooter sales through customer visits, lead follow-ups, local activations, and dealership support. You will educate customers on EV benefits, charging, features, finance options, and help them complete the purchase journey from enquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities - Generate sales through field activities : corporate visits, apartment/community visits, retail tie-ups, events, and test-ride campsHandle walk-in and digital leads, qualify prospects, and maintain strong follow-up until closureExplain Ather models, pricing, subscription/insurance options, charging, range, service plans, and ownership benefitsArrange and conduct test rides; ensure a smooth customer experienceSupport finance and documentation : KYC collection, loan coordination, invoice and delivery coordinationMaintain accurate lead data in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets; daily reporting of calls, visits, and conversionsAchieve monthly targets for bookings, retail sales, accessories, and add-on products (where applicable) Coordinate with showroom team, service team, and marketing for campaigns and customer eventsBuild relationships with local influencers/communities and generate referrals Ensure brand standards and professional conduct at all customer touchpoints Requirements & Skills Strong communication, confidence, and customer-handling skills Interest in EVs/automobiles and willingness to learn product details quicklyTarget-oriented mindset with good negotiation and closing ability Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license Comfortable with field work, customer visits, and weekend footfall Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, calls, maps) and data entry in CRM/SheetsPrior experience in two-wheeler/auto/consumer durable/telecom field sales is an advantage What We Offer : Competitive fixed salary + high incentives (no cap for top performers)Training on Ather products, sales process, and customer experience.
