- Handle student and parent inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads)
- Provide detailed counselling about courses, career options, and eligibility
- Explain admission procedures, documentation, and fee structure
- Maintain student records and follow up on leads
- Assist students in choosing the right course based on interest and aptitude
Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in education counselling or sales is an added advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
