Job Description includes
- Sample Inward
- Discussion with customer for test to be performed.
- Coordinate with lab technical team for quote and technical discussion with customer.
- Sample coding and decoding.
- Handover samples to concern department for testing.
- Preparation and email quotation.
- Report Preparation.
- Invoice creation
- Attain customer calls and enquiries
