Design & Execution Coordinator – Residential Interiors (Backend Operations)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer who is passionate about the technical and operational aspects of residential interiors and wants to transition from a sales- or client-facing role into a backend operations role.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy coordinating with internal teams, ensuring design accuracy, supporting production, and driving smooth project execution rather than handling sales targets or customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Design, Pre-Production, Manufacturing, and Execution teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Review and validate design drawings, production drawings, and material specifications before manufacturing.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible and ready for production.
- Work closely with the execution team to resolve design and site-related issues.
- Coordinate with B2B partners for design approvals, technical clarifications, and project updates.
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Support production planning by ensuring all design documentation is complete and accurate.
- Monitor quality standards throughout the design, manufacturing, and installation process.
- Coordinate design revisions and maintain project documentation.
- Identify process improvements to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Experience with modular furniture or interior manufacturing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and production drawings.
- Understanding of residential interior materials and manufacturing processes.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
