Oslo group is an export- import company based in China, Tamilnadu and Kerala. We are hiring branch manager for Trivandrum office.
Branch Manager directs all operational aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and administration. The ultimate goal is to maximize profit, meet sales targets, and build a positive reputation within the local community
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Direct day-to-day operations, including facilities maintenance, security measures, and inventory control.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate branch personnel while conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Business Development: Implement localized marketing plans and sales strategies to expand the customer base and hit revenue targets.
- Customer Relations: Resolve escalated client complaints quickly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all branch activities comply with internal policies, legal standards, and industry safety regulations.
- Community Outreach: Network with local organizations and businesses to boost brand awareness and source new accounts
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 3–7 years of experience in management, sales, knowledge in export-import, shipping and logistics is mandatory.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing diverse teams
Age limit is upto 35
Two wheeler and license is must
Work Location - Kunnapuzha , MLA road, Aramada P O , Trivandrum
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
