Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients
- Explain company IT services in a simple and clear way
- Generate interest and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain call records and follow-ups (calls/WhatsApp/email)
- Meet daily and weekly lead targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Confidence in talking to clients
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers are welcome
