Monitor and manage dairy product production activities.
Handle milk sachet production and dairy product procurement.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Maintain production records and reports.
Coordinate with production and procurement teams.
Perform basic computer-related work and documentation.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Degree: B.Tech Dairy Technology, B.Sc Dairy Science, B.Sc/B.Tech Food Technology
Good knowledge of milk and dairy products.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, reporting).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a production environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
